Having been employed in enviroments ranging from internet start ups to interactive advertising agencies, Charles has worked on myriad projects for world renowned brands (Bloomberg, HBO, Microsoft, Live Nation, Budweiser, Coca-Cola, Sony Pictures Classics, Chevrolet, and Rip Curl ) as well as innovative small businesses and start-ups ( Stella Digital, Hammer to Nail, 77 Ventures, and Clikthrough). Charles has motivated and managed global teams of designers, developers, and managers to craft design solutions with a focus on user experience and brand development.

His work has been honored by Macromedia, Adobe, Mashable, QBN and New Industry Arts. Charles has lived in some of the world's most progressive media hubs - London, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York - and studied atmospheric physics at the University of Virginia.
